その要因となったＧ-ウィルスの開発者、バーキン夫妻の一人娘。

事件当時、レオンたちの助力により地獄と化した街から抜け出したシェリーだったが、

父が彼女の体内に埋め込んだ胚…「Ｇ」の力のため、

合衆国の監視下に置かれることとなった。

それから数年後、合衆国のエージェントとなることを、その交換条件として、軟禁状態を解かれるシェリー。

自分のような存在を、もう二度と出したくない

その想いを胸に秘めエージェントとしての道を歩み始めたシェリーに指令が入ってくる。
