講演に参加していた大統領直轄エージェント：レオン・S・ケネディは
変わり果てた姿の大統領と対面する。

女性に襲いかかろうと手を伸ばす大統領。
レオンの引き金に掛けた指に力がこもる。部屋に響く一発の銃声。
横たわる大統領の亡骸を苦悶の表情で見つめるレオン。

事件当時、レオンたちの助力により地獄と化した街から抜け出したシェリーだったが、

父が彼女の体内に埋め込んだ胚…「Ｇ」の力のため、

合衆国の監視下に置かれることとなった。

それから数年後、合衆国のエージェントとなることを、その交換条件として、軟禁状態を解かれるシェリー。
